P4P Incentives Add Up to Mega Savings for New Construction Projects For those of you who may not be aware, New Jersey has an excellent P4P (Pay for Performance) program. Designed for larger buildings, the Pay for Performance program can help save 15% or more on energy consumption or help you construct a new building 15% below the current energy code. Pay for Performance relies on a network of program partners to implement efficiency projects and Tozour Energy Systems has been an approved partner for the over 8 years. The New Construction component is designed for schools and other buildings with 50,000 square feet or more of planned space, as well as buildings undergoing substantial renovation. The Existing Buildings component is designed for buildings with a peak demand in excess of 200 kW in any of the preceding twelve months. Tozour Energy Systems Receives Back-to-Back “Healthiest Employer” Titles

May 27, 2016 — The Philadelphia Business Journal has named Tozour Energy Systems a Healthiest Employer for the second year in a row on the publication’s annual list. Through this annual list, the Philadelphia Business Journal seeks to recognize companies of all sizes that exceed normal business practices to enforce healthy lifestyles for its employees. Employees at Tozour are given a number of workplace incentives to fulfill a healthy lifestyle. Once every month, “Lunch and Learns” take place, where employees are treated to free, one-hour lunches featuring presentations on health and wellness from a series of guest speakers, including fitness instructors, nutritionists and more.
