Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate Social Responsibility Advocates

Tozour Energy Systems (TES) is committed to the advocacy of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), an initiative to assess and take responsibility for a company’s effects on environmental and social well-being. Our leadership believes in promoting philanthropy and volunteerism, and we encourage participation in a wide range of CSR opportunities throughout the community. From coaches and volunteer firefighters, to board presidents and committee chairs, team members are dedicated to serving the needs of others.

Tozour’s President, Kevin Duffy, is an advisory board member of the Satell Institute, an independent, nonprofit, nonpartisan, fully-endowed “Think and Do Tank for CSR.” The Satell Institute focuses on championing the interdependence of successful business organizations, the well-being of the communities they operate in and the need they have for each other.

Attracting Top Talent

Tozour attracts high-caliber candidates with its CSR initiatives. Interested job candidates who search for information about Tozour will find active social media pages that are consistently updated with projects reflecting the company’s culture. Tozour team members have voted TES one of Philadelphia Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” for ten straight years, the company culture contributing to this success.

Company with a Culture for Giving Back

Tozour’s involvement in the community helps build relationships, both with team members and clients. Internally, TES knows which causes the team is passionate about and supports these efforts to generate participation and excitement. Tozour is also attentive to the causes that its clients care about because the companies often share similar values. Supporting the American Red Cross, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Habitat for Humanity, as well as the company’s annual “Day of Service” are just some examples of Tozour’s community involvement.
