Community

Tozour Energy Systems has a rich tradition of giving back to the community. This culture of giving back was established by the company’s chairman, Doug Tozour, who personally supports myriad charity endeavors and events throughout Greater Philadelphia.

Throughout the year, the company offers staff members a matching donation program to encourage their support of causes to which they personally feel connected. Tozour has been ranked among the “Top Corporate Charitable Contributors” by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Outside of the office, Tozour team members are committed to volunteering for organizations throughout the community. From coaches and volunteer firefighters, to board presidents and committee chairs, Tozour employees are dedicated to serving the needs of others.
