Nov. 14, 2016 —For the third consecutive year, Tozour Energy Systems was included among the Philadelphia Business Journal’s annual list of “Top Veteran-Owned Businesses.”
Ranked by the number of employees, Tozour comes in as second on the list. Under the leadership and direction of founder and chief executive officer, Douglas O. Tozour, the company has been an industry leader in the Greater Philadelphia region for more than 30 years.
A graduate from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1963, Doug Tozour served in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he earned the rank of Captain. Tozour began his career in the HVAC industry after his service. Nov. 4, 2016 — Tozour Energy Systems, a leading provider of HVAC and building automation services, will take part in several community volunteer opportunities on the company’s annual “Day of Service” this Saturday, Nov. 5. Team members from the company will donate their time and talents with three local charities: The Ronald McDonald House of Philadelphia, Habitat for Humanity of Burlington County, New Jersey and Cradles to Crayons in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.
The Ronald McDonald House supports the families of terminally ill children receiving treatment in the Philadelphia area by providing a nearby home and meals. Tozour volunteers will supply, cook and serve breakfast to the families in residence.

Sept. 30, 2016 – On Oct. 1, volunteers from Tozour Energy Systems will donate their time and efforts to Feed My Starving Children. The team will be packing meals to be delivered to malnourished children around the world.
Feed My Starving Children is a national non-profit organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty by providing specially formulated, hand-packed meals to distribute to children around the world. Feed My Starving Children has reached nearly 70 countries and has served meals to orphanages, schools, clinics and more.
