P4P Incentives Add Up to Mega Savings for New Jersey Construction Projects

For those of you who may not be aware, New Jersey has an excellent P4P (Pay for Performance) program. Designed for larger buildings, the Pay for Performance program can help save 15% or more on energy consumption or help you construct a new building 15% below the current energy code. Pay for Performance relies on a network of program partners to implement efficiency projects and Tozour Energy Systems has been an approved partner for the over 8 years.

The New Construction component is designed for schools and other buildings with 50,000 square feet or more of planned space, as well as buildings undergoing substantial renovation. The Existing Buildings component is designed for buildings with a peak demand in excess of 200 kW in any of the preceding twelve months.

Pay for Performance incentives are awarded upon the satisfactory completion of three milestones: a complete proposed energy reduction plan; a complete as-built energy reduction plan; and a complete commissioning report verifying the performance of your energy efficient equipment. We encourage you to visit the NJCleanEnergy website for more information.

As your energy experts, Tozour Energy Systems will guide you through the program and provide technical services under direct contract to your education institution.
