It’s An Exciting Time at Tozour Energy Systems

The company is ramping up and adding new employees to meet customer demands. See current openings and employee benefits. Tozour service technicians, who make up a significant percentage of the company’s employees, have a great reputation in the industry and very low turnover. For every new employee, there is an orientation program plus a six to eight week onboarding process that includes extensive safety training, as well as face time with the leadership team. TES also hosts ongoing programs for health, wellness, personal financial planning, and other topics of interest to its employees. For future leaders, Tozour offers a management training program in partnership with the Mid-Atlantic Employers’ Association.

One highlight to the company’s giving back efforts is the Tozour Day of Service. For the past several years, employees, spouses, and friends have become involved with Habitat for Humanity, the Ronald McDonald House, Toys for Tots, and SPIN (Special People in the Northeast)—among other charities in nearby communities. In addition, the company’s Chairman, Doug Tozour heads the Tozour Family Foundation, which matches charitable contributions up to $1000/year per employee—making TES one of the most charitable companies in the region.
