Unoccupied Building? Consider Retrofits and Upgrades
COVID-19, stay-at-home orders and business closures continue to affect us all – as individuals and as communities in unprecedented ways. We understand the interruption to your business can cause stress and is a disruption for you and your team.
Due to state-wide shutdowns, many buildings that we service have been left unoccupied. In many cases, this has allowed us to help clients save money on project labor costs for planned retrofits and upgrades. If your facility is temporarily closed, but the building is accessible, our team is available to work during normal business hours, creating savings on work typically done during off-hour times at a higher labor rate.
We understand that during these difficult times, projects that were budgeted for this year may now be delayed. We’re here to help whenever you’re ready. If you’re able to continue planned projects, service or maintenance, our team is ready to start work in your building.
